SHAKE ‘N BAKE Crispy Baked Chicken Recipe
In our home, we eat a lot of chicken! We all like the way it tastes, I know how to cook it, and it’s more affordable than having steak every night. However, sometimes it feels like I’m cooking the same thing over and over again. It’s not only finding something that I can make, but that my family will all eat! The SHAKE ‘N BAKE Crispy Baked Chicken is the recipe that makes everyone happy!
Not only does the SHAKE ‘N BAKE Crispy Baked Chicken taste good and is easy to make, but it’s also a recipe our kids like to help make! They all look forward to this dinner when I tell them we’re having it for dinner! If this hasn’t sold you on the recipe yet, just try it out for yourself and tell me what you think. Now, on to the recipe!
SHAKE ‘N BAKE CRISPY BAKED CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS
- 2 packets SHAKE ‘N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix
- 2 1/2 tbsp Parsley Flakes
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 8 pounds)
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- PAM Butter Spray
DIRECTIONS
1 – Heat oven to 400°F.
2 – Mix coating mix and parsley in bag provided with SHAKE ‘N BAKE package. Pour mix onto a plate.
3 – Cut each chicken breast in half.
4 – Spread mayonnaise on each side of the chicken.
5 – Dip one chicken breast at a time into the coating mix. I like to make sure it’s completely covered – yummy!
6 – Place each piece of chicken on a stoneware dish (I use a 9×13 pan and 9×9 pan to fit them all) or baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray (I like the butter flavored PAM).
7 – Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked all the way through. (165°F)
ENJOY!!! Serve Au Gratin Potatoes (I like the Betty Crocker brand) and sautéed green beans or asparagus with the Crispy Baked Chicken. It’s delicious and your family will approve!!!
