With 4 people (me plus 3 boys) in our home, I do a LOT of laundry!  I also want to save money and limit the number of loads of laundry I do.  The easiest way to do that is to combine your clothes in the washer.  I am very hesitant to do this though because of a personal experience I had in junior high.  I was washing my Rudolph red pajama top and in the wash happened to be my favorite cream colored shirt.  When I went to put the clothes in the dryer, I couldn’t find my cream colored shirt.  Instead, I found a pink shirt!  Oh no!  The red pajama top bled onto the cream colored shirt.  I was devastated and ended up throwing the shirt away.  Now that I’m more laundry-experienced, I know that I can prevent that from happening again, thanks to Shout Color Catcher with Oxi!  I am definitely a Shout Mom!

Shout Color Catcher with Oxi is a great product!  It has all the benefits of Color Catcher with the added brightening and stain-fighting power of Oxi Booster powder.  So, how does it work?  The Color Catcher with Oxi sheets collect loose dyes found in the wash water, preventing dyes from running or bleeding onto other clothes in the washer.  You’ll notice the sheets change color as they absorb the loose dyes.  Using the Color Catcher with Oxi saves both money and time, reducing both the need for half-size loads and sorting clothing.  Oxi Booster powder contains active stain removers that brighten whites and tackle tough stains, including dirt, grass, blood, and coffee.  This product is safe for all colorfast washables and works in all water temperatures.

Currently, Shout is offering downloadable coupons on their Facebook page for Shout Free and Color Catcher with Oxi.  Be sure to check it out!

MY THOUGHTS

I really like the Shout Color Catcher with Oxi!  It is so nice to be able to combine smaller loads, saving time and money, without worrying about colors bleeding onto different types of clothing.  Not to mention my clothes look brighter when they are done with the washing and drying process.  I definitely think that these should be in the laundry area of every home (especially those with children).  A big thanks goes to Mom Central and Shout for this review and giveaway opportunity on The Mommy-Files!
