When Mom Needs a Break + Win a Spa Day for Mother’s Day!
This is a sponsored post with Café Breaks. All opinions are mine.
When I was a kid, I didn’t realize how busy a mom could be. Reality hit when I had my own kids. Now that we have a blended family of 8 – complete with 6 amazing kids – I am definitely busy all the time! In fact, there are literally some times where as soon as I sit down to relax, I need to get up to help clean up a mess, assist one of our kids with homework or remind the kids to get in the shower. It’s ok though because even with its challenges, I wouldn’t trade being a mom for anything!
Part of my daily routine with 6 kids includes driving to 3 different schools twice a day. In the morning, I get up around 6:45 am to make sure the kids are up and getting ready for school. At 7:25, we head out to take the 4 older ones to school – with stops at the high school and then junior high. Then it’s back home to get some work done, make a sandwich for our youngest and take the 2 youngest boys to elementary school. After dropping them off, I either stop at the grocery store to pick up food and other items for our home or I stop and get breakfast for Frank and I. Then it’s back home to get my work done as a self-employed, work-at-home mom. At around 2:00 pm, it’s time to head out again and pick up 3 of our kids from middle school. Then I drop them off and pick up our daughter from high school. After dropping her off, I head to the elementary school to pick up our 2 youngest kids. Once we get home, I help with homework and start on dinner, attempting to squeeze in some more work. After dinner, it’s time for cleanup. All in all – it’s one dang busy day!
As a busy work-at-home mom, it can be hard to squeeze in those necessary breaks that moms need to prevent burnout! Sometimes it’s sitting down and watching a tv show, while other times it’s sitting down with a sweet treat while reading one of my romance novels. Café Breaks makes mommy breaks enjoyable and something to look forward to! We live in California and have access to fresh strawberries throughout the year. I love enjoying fresh strawberries with a cup of the Mocha Latte Café Breaks!
On my most recent trip to Walmart, I discovered Café Breaks in the pudding section. I was impressed by how inexpensive they were – only $1.18 each! There were 2 flavors available at our Walmart – Mocha Latte and Caramel Latte. However, there are 4 available flavors, also including Vanilla Latte and Chai Latte.
Café Breaks are perfect for active, health conscious moms who are looking for a premium shelf stable snack. These coffee inspired puddings are a great way to indulge without the guilt. Enjoy the indulgence of great coffee flavors you love. Utilizing aseptic packaging technology, Café Breaks requires no refrigeration and has no preservatives. With milk as the primary ingredient and zero grams trans fat, Café Breaks is simply good!

What do you like to do for your mommy breaks?
I have no clue what a mommy break is.
I would love to go to a spa and have a massage and facial, mani and pedi.
Whoooo.. that would be awesome
I would like to go get a facial and massage.
Spa is the best option for this mother’s day. I just love the relaxed feeling we get.
Me time with a spa day!!
Ohhhh, I want to try the caramel ones! I love sneaking a little snack like that sometimes.
There is nothing quite like a spa break is there, I do love just getting to relax and have some time to unwind.
These puddings sound tasty! I am definitely in need of a break. A mother’s work is never done.
I love to read for my mom break. And now I’ll be reading while I enjoy some awesome pudding!
Oh wow! Those cafe breaks look amazing! I am so getting some of these for the “reserved for mommy” portion of the fridge. Om nom nom.
Those puddings look great, I will have to see if they are in the Northeast! And I am ready for a spa date as well!
Wow, and I thought I was busy. You are non-stop woman! Every mom needs a break and a tasty snack is a great way to spend that small bit of downtime.
A spa day should be a guarantee on mother’s day! These little treats look so good.
When you’re a mom, it’s a miracle if you ever catch a break! Your life is hectic and you definitely deserve a getaway — alone!
