On December 13th, 2011, ABC Family released Switched at Birth: Volume to DVD. I had never seen the show before doing this review and I am so glad I watched it. It is a really good show and I can’t believe I hadn’t heard about it before now. It’s a feel-good, inspirational television show. Switched at Birth: Volume 1 can be purchased online or in stores, retailing for $29.99.
SYNOPSIS

MY THOUGHTS
I really enjoyed watching Switched at Birth: Volume 1 and I look forward to more episodes coming out in the future. My favorite character in the show is Daphne, followed by Bay. If you haven’t seen the first season, you should definitely check it out when you get a chance! A big thanks goes to ABC Family for this review opportunity on The Mommy-Files.

Oh, I watched this for the first time this summer on Netflix. I was a little worried about it because of the topics it addresses, and they are so close to my heart, however, I LOVED it and basically devoured it. I know someone who would love this, and so if I win, it’s totally going to be her birthday present!
