Do You Like Customer Satisfaction Surveys?

After speaking with a rep on the phone or dealing with a company online, I usually receive a Customer Satisfaction Survey. I like the Surveys because it gives me a chance to voice my experience without having the added pressure of the employee I worked with sitting on the other end listening to my thoughts.
