Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday.

In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.

If you’d like to participate, just post your own question on your blog and leave your link below. Don’t forget to visit the other participants! It’s a great way to make new bloggy friends!

My Question Is:

What is your most embarrassing moment?

My most embarrassing moment was back when I was at John Robert Powers School, which was basically a modeling agency that taught classes on personal care and modeling. If you wanted to sign an agent, they’d help you put together a portfolio and find modeling jobs. I was in junior high and had low self-esteem (I didn’t go there to become a model). I had fair skin and red hair and was often the subject of teasing (mean kids)! Anyways, I took a class that taught me how to do my hair, makeup, nails, how to walk with good posture, and how to present myself to others. One day, we had an activity where we were taught how to walk on a runway. They told us we WERE NOT allowed to look down at our feet, but had to lift our heads high and look at ourselves in the mirror only. Well, this might be easy for someone to do who KNOWS HOW to walk down a runway. I literally walked OFF the runway and fell in between the mirror and the runway. SO EMBARRASSING! I can laugh about it now, but it wasn’t so funny back then – LOL.
