One of my favorite things to do is watch movies – whether it’s in the movie theater, at home, or outside. It’s something I’ve loved to do since I was a little girl! One of my favorite actors is Jeremy Piven; his performances always grab my attention and add that extra charm to the movies I enjoy. Be an Army Mom and having dogs ourselves, I feel like I’ll be relate to this movie on different levels. Even if you don’t have family in the military or pets, I think this will still be a movie to enjoy for everyone. On February 18th, the movie, DOG, is coming to theaters and I am looking forward to seeing it with my family.

SYNOPSIS

DOG is a buddy comedy that follows the misadventures of two former Army Rangers paired against their will on the road trip of a lifetime. Army Ranger Briggs (Channing Tatum) and Lulu (a Belgian Malinois dog) buckle into a 1984 Ford Bronco and race down the Pacific Coast in hopes of making it to a fellow soldier’s funeral on time. Along the way, they’ll drive each other completely crazy, break a small handful of laws, narrowly evade death, and learn to let down their guards in order to have a fighting chance of finding happiness.

Rated PG-13 for language, thematic elements, drug content and some suggestive material.

Be sure to follow the movie on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.

  1. I’d watch this movie with my husband and hope it has a happier ending than the last movie with animals that we watched (“The Electric Life of Louis Wain”).
