I love to use the Instant Pot in our home and recently created a recipe called Instant Pot Garlic Chicken with Gravy and Rice.

Instant Pot Garlic Chicken with Gravy and Rice

Some of our favorite ingredients to use in meals include chicken, cheese, garlic and cream soups. This recipe I created was enjoyed by everyone in our family and will definitely be one that we repeat again in the future! I made the Garlic Chicken with Gravy in the Instant Pot and then the rice in our Rice Maker. This Rice Maker is amazing! We make rice in it all the time and it turns out perfectly EVERY TIME!!!! If you don’t have one, I highly encourage you to get one!

3 pounds of boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts (cut into quarters)

1 packet Onion Soup Mix

3 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup (10.5 oz size)

2 cans Campbell‘s Condensed Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup (10.5 oz size)

1 – Cut off skin and fat from chicken. Cut chicken breasts into quarters. Spread a can of Cream of Mushroom Soup in bottom of Instant Pot and add chicken breasts.

3 – Top with the remaining cans of Cream Soups.

4 – Add 1 can water or chicken broth (made with Chicken Bouillon) to the Instant Pot. Select Chicken and cook for 40 minutes (or until chicken is easy to shred).

5 – Shred chicken and stir. Serve over rice. Enjoy!

This is a super quick and easy recipe that everyone will enjoy! If you like more of a garlic taste, replace one of the cans of Cream of Mushroom with a can of Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic.
