4 Tips for Keeping Kids Healthy During the Summer

Can you believe that summer is almost officially here? Our kids get out in less than 2 weeks and can’t wait! In fact, they’re counting down the days until they can sleep in, not have to do homework and spend time having fun and relaxing. With the kick back summer schedule, our kids tend to get out of their normal routine. They’re actually getting out and about more I think, but they’re eating and sleeping habits are definitely different. There is more snacking and less sleeping since they’re staying up later at night. It’s up to as parents to keep our kids healthy as can be during the summer months.
