I love the measuring cups and spoons. I have two 2-cup measuring cups and a couple of sets of spoons, but sometimes you need extras (one for wet, one for dry, one for sticky or nuts). I desperately need an icing smoother and the baking spray because of the frequency of my baking. I always have trouble smoothing the sides of my buttercream free handed with an icing spatula. I run through baking spray like water it seems.
