Disney Planes Premiere and Little Mermaid Event

I am so excited to announce that from August 4th through the 6th, I will be heading down to Los Angeles for a very special Walt Disney Studios Bloggers Trip to celebrate the upcoming release of Planes and The Little Mermaid!  The trip will include the Hollywood Premiere of Planes and a behind-the-scenes look at the making of The Little Mermaid.  It will also include interviews with talent and filmmakers, a private tour of the archives at the Animation Research Library, a preview of Disney Consumer Products Little Mermaid product lines and a sneak peek at the upcoming theatrical release of Frozen.

Here is what we’ll be doing at the Disney Planes Premiere and Little Mermaid Blogger Event:

– Flying into Los Angeles and then staying at the Roosevelt Hotel

– Attending the Disney Consumer Products Little Mermaid Showcase Dinner

– Visit the Animation Research Library for a look at The Little Mermaid archived materials and a Q&A with the lead archivists

– Preview bonus content from The Little Mermaid and participate in Q&As with Jodie Benson (the voice of “Ariel”) and John Musker and Ron Clements (Writers and Directors)

– Attend the Red Carpet Premiere of Planes at the El Capitan Theatre

– Preview 20 minutes of the upcoming theatrical release Frozen (in theatres November 27th), including a Q&A with filmmakers

Super Buddies DVD

– Meet and Greet with some of the stars of Super Buddies, the newest film in the Buddies Franchise

  1. How exciting! Congratulations! The Little Mermaid was always one of my favorites, I watched it almost every day for a year 😉 Can’t wait to see your updates!

  2. Little Mermaid has been my all time favorite since well I was a kid lol! And I am anxious to take my dad to see Planes (with my kids too!) as he was a pilot years ago 🙂
