  1. The first time my boyfriend and I dined at Ruths Chris Steakhouse and shared the porterhouse for two, best meal I ever had in my life

  2. So many memories and traditions are tied to food. I remember baking gingerbread men with my Grandma. In the summer we’d go help her pick raspberries and then she’d make the best jam in the world.

  3. I love cooking with freinds. Taco nights, making our first turkey, roll your own sushi nights. 🙂 funny memories

  4. One of my favorite food memories was cooking the traditional sauerbraten and potato balls New years dinner with my enitre family ( Aunts/Uncles/Cousins/Grandparents)

  5. The first time my oldest daughter tried to cook dinner on her own. She was so proud of herself. The meatloaf was charred on the outside and raw in the middle but it’s the effort that counts right?

  6. Kathlean Owens

My daughter and I were making a Birthday cake for my son’s 17th Birthday. He walked in the kitchen wanting to know what we were doing and my daughter and I looked at each other and turned around and got my son so good with the cake batter. It started the most hilarious food fight in history.

  7. My favorite memory is getting together with the whole family, making up a big batch of goulash or potato dumplings, and sitting around the table for a couple of hours.

  8. Veronica Garrett

My favorite memories are baking in the kitchen with my mother. I was always helping her bake cookies, cakes, pies and candy.

  9. My sister died and her son asked to take me out for Mother’s day to remember her and told me that I am the closest thing to having his own mother with him….it was really special and the place he chose was outstanding~
