I recently had the opportunity to check out a set of flatware from Knork.  I had not heard of Knork before this review opportunity.  With three little guys, I need flatware that is reliable and sturdy.  Knork Flatware met those needs.  Plus, the simple design makes it easy to go with any dish color or design you may have in your kitchen.

Knork Flatware, a division of Phantom Enterprises, was formed with the hope and vision of creating and producing products to aid in the chaos of today’s on-the-go society.  Founded by Michael D. Miller, the company is aggressive in its strategy and innovative in its approach-creating solutions to enhance the dining experience.  Knork creates modern, unique products that are designed for how you naturally eat.

One unique aspect of the Knork fork is the beveled outer tines, which allow you to cut food easily without a knife.  Each piece is also slightly heavier than your average flatware, creating a more stable, balanced utensil that won’t fail when propped up on a plate or bend when you scoop ice cream.  In short, it’s designed for the way you naturally eat.

Recently, Knork had the privilege of being the exclusive flatware provider of Top Chef, Wolfgang Puck’s American Wine and Food Festival, the Malibu Wine and Food Festival, and Asphalt Chef.  You can find and purchase the wide variety of flatware products on Knork.net, Target.com, Dillards.com, and Bed Bath & Beyond (online and in store).  Restaurants using Knork include Stefan Richters Stefan’s at LA Farm, Hector Santiago’s Pure Vida, and Richard Blais’ FLiP Burger, as well as Reef and Stella Sola in Houston.

    Somehow the two original sets of dinner ware that I bought when we moved into our new condo has somehow dwindled and we now barely have one set.     I just hate it when I am sitting down eating and find something I can’t cut with my fork but don’t have knife so I have to get up, take my food so the dogs don’t eat it, and go get a knife. This would be so much more convenient.

    I have 2 very good reasons
    My daughter is moving over 1500 miles away to go to college and is going to be getting her first apartment she is working very hard to pay for all her schooling, she works a full time job and goes to college full time
    Money is very tight for her so she is slowly trying to collect household items she needs and so this would be great for her
    My second reason after way tooo many years of marriage and neglect I have decided to try and move to my own apartment, as I’m unemployed and have health issues trying to get disability
    so I will also be needing household items as will be leaving the old for my cheap stingy spouse

    My granddaughter is getting married in June and I’m doing a lot of wedding gift shopping. She and her fiance have been living in dorm rooms for four years and are heading off to grad school in the fall.     I could really use some new flatware. Mine is a few years old now and some have some little rust spots on the handles, they weren’t a very high quality set in the first place. I definitely prefer simple flatware ike this over more intricate designs.
