I love to bake in our home and the holidays are a great reason to bake up some yummy goodies!  Recently, I made and decorated cupcakes in celebration of the upcoming Halloween festivities.  Thanks to Wilton and Pillsbury, I created some yummy and cute Halloween cupcakes.

I started with a box of Betty Crocker’s Devil’s Food Cake Mix and prepared it according to the box directions.  Next, I lined a Wilton Tri-Tanium 12 Cup Muffin Pan with Haunted Manor Baking Cups.  I love the Tri-Tanium Muffin Pan!  Wilton’s exclusive Tri-Tanium non-stick coating resists scratching from metal utensils.  The professional heavy-weight construction of the muffin pan also allows for even heat distribution.  The size is permanently stamped on the handles for quick, easy reference when following the recipes you are preparing.  The Tri-Tanium 12 Cup Muffin Pan retails for $21.99 and can be purchased online or in craft stores.

I lined the muffin pan with the Wilton Haunted Manor Baking Cups.  These baking cups are a perfect way to brighten up any Halloween party or event!  The baking cups are made of microwave-safe paper and are available in both standard size (2 in. diameter) and mini size (1 1/2 in. diameter).  The Wilton Haunted Manor Baking Cups retail for $2.09 for 75 standard size baking cups.  You can purchase them online or in craft stores.

After the cupcakes were baked and cooled, it was time to decorate them – my favorite part!  I used the Pillsbury Halloween Easy Frost in orange color to frost the cupcakes.  The Pillsbury Easy Frost is easy and fun to use and comes in a can.  The Halloween Pillsbury Easy Frost is orange in color and is vanilla-flavored.  You (or even your kids) can decorate yummy and festive cupcakes in a matter of minutes.  You can purchase Easy Frost in most major grocery stores.

Once I had the cupcakes frosted, I used the Wilton 6-Mix Halloween Sprinkles to add some extra Halloween fun to the cupcakes!  The 6-Mix Halloween Sprinkles include Black and Orange Nonpareils, Halloween Confetti, Halloween Pumpkin Mix, Black, Orange, and Purple Sugars.  The 7.1 oz sprinkles are Certified Kosher.  The Halloween Sprinkles retail for $5.99.

Once the cupcakes were decorated, I placed them on the Wilton Haunted Manor Cupcake Stand.  It’s made of cardboard and was very easy to put together.   With the Haunted Manor Cupcake Stand, you can brighten up any Halloween party or festivity!  In minutes, you can create a bright and colorful 3-tier cupcake stand with a fun decorative topper.  The 3-Tier Cupcake Stand measures 11.75 inches wide x 1.25 feet wide and retails for $5.99.

MY THOUGHTS

I was excited to share my Halloween cupcakes with friends and family.  A big thanks goes out to Wilton and Pillsbury for making Halloween more fun and easy to celebrate!  I love that the products are easy to use, colorful, and affordable.

I received product samples from Wilton and Pillsbury to facilitate this review.  All opinions expressed in this post are 100% mine.
