I woke up early this morning, hit the showers, and got ready for the annual 4th of July Golf Cart Parade – lol! My parents live on a golf course and the neighbors get together for juice, muffins, quiche, and conversations to welcome the 4th of July. The boys even participated in the parade! There were waving of the flags, laughing, food, and good conversation at the breakfast.
Then we all gathered together for a potluck lunch. Now, I don’t have any pictures of that since my camera was missing in action. I knew I had brought my camera to the event, but couldn’t find it anywhere. I even walked back to the house looking for it. Turns out it was in my mom’s purse – nice going, right? I laugh about it now, but didn’t at the time. 🙂

We dressed up Nano & Mia also in their patriotic finery as we went downtown for the festivities.
