Hershey’s Review & Giveaway

I LOVE chocolate!  Thanks to Hershey’s, I received a bunch of yummy Hershey’s Christmas goodies for my family and I to try out!  I received the Hershey’s Kisses, the Mint Hershey’s Kisses, the Candy Cane Hershey’s Kisses, Reese’s Peanut Butter Tree Box, Giant Cookies N Cream Candy Bar, Reese’s Pieces in a Candy Cane Container, Jolly Ranchers in a Candy Cane Container, and Hershey’s Assorted Miniatures.  These are definitely great items that Santa is welcome to include in our stockings!

My favorites were the Reese’s Peanut Butter Trees (so good!!!) and the Hershey’s Kisses (both in Christmas colors and in blue and silver).  Plus you can bake some really yummy cookies with both the Mint Hershey’s Kisses and Candy Cane Hershey’s Kisses (as well as eat them by themselves).  When you visit the Hershey’s site online, you’ll notice lots of fun information, including holiday gift ideas, recipes, and more!

  1. Normally I am not a big butterscotch person, but the recipe for the Chocolate & Butterscotch Fudge looks really, really good to me.

  2. I would love to try the Peanut Butter Cup Fudge recipe. Actually, I printed this one up so I can try to make these. They sound wonderful.
Thanks so much for this giveaway.

  3. The homemade gift jars are cute, but I have a great idea the site doesn’t mention: Hot Chocolate
Fun Files; Inside an ordinary folder tape two packages of Hot cocoa and two mini Hershey bars with a business card from a worker ( roughly on same paygrade level) from a different dept. The idea is, they must then contact the other worker and arrange to meet in the “neutral zone” ( Company breakroom)
Networking within any company is crucial! This allows other departments to connect with each other without massive disruption. One meeting per shift should be the norm.

  4. This looks absolutely delicious and delectable, the chocolate and white yule log. I saw lots of recipes I would like to try and I know just the family that wished I would!!
    Thanks for the chance!!

  5. This is a SWEET giveaway!! (Pun intended lol) I would like to make the Cinnamon Dusted Mocha yummmmm

  8. I like the Hershey Kisses Chocolate wreath. I entered to win the car. AND I make the Hershey kisses peanut butter cookies, every year. Have been for about 35 years now. EVERY year. It simply is not Christmas without them.
I visited Hershey PA about 11 years ago. Had a blast. The whole town smells like chocolate and the streetlights are shaped like Hersheys kisses.

Oh I also love the “Kissletoe”. Everyone always wants to do the “kiss, kiss” thing. And what better way to get out of it than to hand them a hersheys kiss instead….I AM NOT a germaphobe. ( I just hate germs)

  9. A neat gift I’d give a friend, my best friend to be exact, is the Hershey’s kisses tin. Love those. 🙂

  10. You KNOW the chocoholic that I am, so the Collector’s Cocoa Cake looks simply DIVINE to me. Thanks so much for the chance to win this terrific giveaway… I would love to have more chocolate in the house, you can never have too much chocolate in the house – It’s a food group, you know!

  11. The Hershey’s Kisses Chocolates Stocking is adorable. I will keep it in mind for next year! Thanks for the review and giveaway!

  12. My favorite recipe is the Peanut butter blossoms . I make them all the time, we are big Hershey addicts and I always buy Hershey bars for my husband they are his absolute favorites, he never misses a few days without one. thanks for the tasty giveaway

  13. I found a “Marbled Cheesecake Bars” recipe. I just love cheesecake and with Hersheys chocolate it makes it even more delicious.

  14. My husband is suffering from chocolaholic and I have to go any get him a bag or two of candy so he can sit down in front of the big screen and watch his fave shows. He just loves Hershey’s candy! In fact I have a big bowl, a candy dish, and bag full of candy! I hope to win this for him.

  15. Everyone I know makes some sort of holiday cookie using Hershey’s chocolate. I wrote down the recipe for the Peanut Butter Temptations. I am going to try that out. :0)

  16. I thought the Reese’s King and Queen Ornaments would make great gifts for kids to make. There are so many good ideas on the Hershey’s website!

  17. Everyone in my family is a chocoholic and it is probably my fault and started when my children were small. I love chocolate and always have chocolate in the house either in candy form or baking with Hershey’s chocolates. Even the boxed desserts I buy have Hershey’s in it. It is my absolute favorite and I have passed the tradition on to my children. I am not sure if that is a good thing just a delicious tradition. Especially at Christmas time, when the kids open their stockings and find it filled with Hershey’s chocolates. Everyone has their own favorite and I make sure they have all the tidbits and plenty of their favorites in the stocking, filled to overflowing. I love the Hershey’s website and visit it often for new recipes or online savings or contests. This year we did order some chocolate products from the site. We ordered the Hershey’s Hot Cocoa mix and we ordered both the milk chocolate and premier white chocolate chips for baking, none of which we could find in our local stores. We used the things we ordered to make the very best hot cocoa and cookies for Santa and of course for ourselves on Christmas eve, another Hershey’s tradition I should say and with the addition of a new recipe, White Hot Cocoa, it was the best ever. I should think Santa enjoyed his present under our tree this year immensely, in fact I can personally guarantee it. HoHoHo!!

    Thanks for the contest!!
