“Me and You” Children’s Book Review & Giveaway

Me and You Book

I had the opportunity to review the children’s book called Me and You, written by Genevieve Cote.  It was an adorable story about a pig and a rabbit who are friends.  They wonder what it would be like if one had the other’s features, such as the pig with long ears or the rabbit with a curly tail.  They come to find out that they love one another just as they are and would rather they not change to be like the other.  The illustrations in the book were cute in addition to being a great story.

  1. I would like to win because I think all kids should have books available to them. I would give this to my daughter in law’s niece.

  2. my kids love to read and it would be a great add to their collection and teach them how we are all special just as we are!

    thanks

  3. My son would love this even though he think the rabbit that lives in our yard is a dog. Maybe this would help him understand that they are infact different.

  4. I would like to win this book for my grandson for Christmas as I believe that it is important for parents and grandparents to be reading to their children. Plus, it just sounds like a really cute book.

    Thank you,

  6. Why do I want to win? Cuz my boys love when I read to them. We have a standing Wednesday “date” at the library. Another new book is always welcome.

Id like to win because I have 5 young grandchildren who love to read,or are beginning too,an this would be a good book to have a grandmas to read

  8. My children have always been taught that it is ok to be different. Having one child that has bright red hair and pale skin and the other that is very dark with dark brown hair they have asked me why they dont look alike. I just tell them that god made them different so I could tell them apart.

  9. I would like to win because I think the book has an important message for children. The message being that everyone is different but we can still care and be friends with them regardless of what others think

  10. I want to win for my son, he loves being read to at bedtime, I am lucky to get away with reading only 3 books! Thanks for the giveaway, you can never have enough books!
