November is fast approaching! Where has the past year gone? I don’t know about you, but I had a blast with this last Halloween Blog or Treat. It was the first one on The Mommy-Files and I think it would be fair to call it a success. There are a few things I learned from it as well that will hopefully make the Blogger’s Santa Swap even better!
Please leave a comment with your blog address and email (note: to prevent s-p-a-m-m-e-r-s, enter your email like this – themommyfiles (at) gmail (dot) com) if you are interested in participating. If you do not celebrate Christmas but are still interested in the swap or holiday goodies, you can make note of that on the survey. I am hoping to have a list compiled by November 10th and that should give a few weeks to purchase and send off goodies for the Santa Swap!
We had some great ideas submitted via the survey, such as sending something symbolic of the state (or country for our Canadian friends) you live in, something that is a decoration, something that is a food, something that will pamper you, etc. Let me know if you have more ideas. This will give us a better idea of what our blogging buddies are like.
Plus, to prevent confusion, buddies will be assigned to one another. For example #1 will send a package to #2 and vice versa. There will be a date to which all packages must be mailed out.
We had over 50 people sign up for the Halloween Blog or Treat, so I’m hoping the Santa Swap is just as successful!
