Uncrustables

Thanks to Mom Central, I had the opportunity to try out Smuckers all-new Uncrustables! They were delicious and much more tasty than I thought they would be! The great thing is that you can freeze them! Simply take them out of the freezer and let them defrost. As soon as they are defrosted, you can tear open the package and munch away. Plus, I couldn’t believe how soft the bread was – not mushy but soft and yummy! We sampled Smucker’s Peanut Butter and Strawberry Jam Uncrustables, which I found at Target (I couldn’t find them at Safeway).

Smucker’s Uncrustables make an awesome snack – whether it’s after school, after school activities, or at soccer practice!  It’s healthy and tastes great!  Plus, both kids and adults will eat them up.  These are definitely an item we’ll be purchasing in the future!

For a limited amount of time, Smucker’s will be giving moms everywhere an “after school snack break” by giving away 80,000 Smucker’s Uncrustables Sandwiches!  Starting September 28th, parents can register for a free 4-pack box by logging on to www.uncrustables.com and sharing a helpful time-saving after-school organizational tip.

I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour campaign by Mom Central on behalf of Smucker’s Uncrustables and received a sample to facilitate my candid review. In addition, Mom Central sent me a gift card to thank me for taking the time to participate.

I saw the free crustables offer but also saw about people saying these are NOT healthy because its fake bread and made out of AZODICARBONAMIDE
The principal use of Azodicarbonamide is in the production of foamed plastics. The thermal decomposition of azodicarbonamide results in the evolution of nitrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and ammonia gases which are trapped in the polymer as bubbles to form a foamed article. Common examples of this application are window and door gaskets, padded floor mats, gym/exercise mats, shoe soles etc

  4. i’ve been eating these for awhile now…the peanut butter and grape jelly ones. they are so good and a lot more fun to eat than trying to make your own. i just hate how long it takes sometimes to totally defrost. it’s worth it though if you have the time to let it sit out.
