Zhu Zhu Pets Review & Giveaway
Thanks to MomSelect, my family and I had the opportunity to review Zhu Zhu Pets! We received hamsters that were white, brown, gray, and yellow. Plus we received different parts of the Habit Trail. We even shared them with friends, who had also had the opportunity to take some hamsters and parts home with them.
My kids were super excited when I opened the box and they saw the pet hamsters in boxes. Immediately, they claimed the colored hamster of their choice. They had so much fun setting up the trail and listening to the hamsters make noise. There favorite parts were the circular ramp and the hamster with the car!
Each Zhu Zhu Pets Hamster has a unique personality and makes interesting sounds! There are two different modes to the hamsters: Loving Mode and Explore Mode. In the Loving Mode, you can pet them, love them, and hear them squeak and chatter. In Explore Mode, you can let them scoot, scamper, bump, and boogie across the floor or through their Hamster Habitat. Collect the whole gang, including Mr. Squiggles, Num Nums, Chunk, and Pipsqueak.
For the most part, my kids had a blast! However, there were a few issues I had with Zhu Zhu Pets. My first issue was with the garage doors. The garage doors came off every time the hamster came through them in his car. It was fun for the kids, but annoying for me as a parent to have to rebuild it every time my kids wanted to play with it. My neighbor also had a comment about the toys. She has a little girl with long hair and actually had to cut some of her daughter’s hair off because the hamster became entangled in her hair and the wheels wouldn’t stop spinning.
Overall the toys were fun but like I said I did have some issues with them. Feel free to visit Zhu Zhu Pets and check them out for yourself! These little hamsters would make good birthday gifts, Christmas gifts, or stocking stuffers! You can purchase these items separately or as a set (you’ll get a better price this way). You can purchase Zhu Zhu pets on Amazon, at Wal-Mart, and Toys ‘R’ Us.

My daughter has been seeing the commercials on tv for a couple weeks now. Me & her grandmother have decided to start buying the parts for her for christmas. She has been wanting the yellow hamster and we can’t seem to find it anywhere. So if we win, she would like the yellow one!! π Thanks
