Let’s Get Cooking!

I was recently told about an event taking place on the weekend of October 16th and 17th at the HIlton Branson Convention Center. It’s called the Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel’s Cooking School Weekend. Guests will be welcome with a Wine Tasting Reception followed by a cooking demonstration performed by the Hotel’s own Chef Nathan Read the next morning. He will be teaching guests how to prepare the same appetizers that were served at the Wine Tasting Reception. Even if you don’t drink, you’ll want to attend this demonstration! On Saturday evening, you will have the opportunity to experience a lavish four-course dinner paired with wines (again if you drink) and learn how to prepare the meal the next morning. This is coming just in time for the holiday season, when you’ll want to play host or hostess and impress your family and friends with your newly learned cooking skills.

This event will be available for two people for both Friday and Saturday evening at the Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel. You’ll enjoy deluxe accommodations for only $398.00 plus tax for both nights. During your stay, you’ll have access to shops, boutiques, restaurants, a river walk, and other attractions in the area. The Hotel is also within easy driving distance of Branson’s championship golf courses, lakes, museums, and 49 live entertainment theaters.

I know for myself, I don’t drink, but would be especially interested in the deluxe accommodations and the cooking classes. That would be so fun to do with my husband! Be sure to book your reservation before they fill up!
