"Barbecue! Bible" and "How to Grill" Book Review & Giveaway
At our house, we love to barbecue. My husband is the one who barbecues in our family and I love it! It’s the time when he gets to cook and for the most part, I get to sit back and watch. Thanks to Workman Publishing, I had the opportunity to review 2 awesome books by Steven Haichlen – How to Grill and The Barbecue! Bible. These are must-have books for the upcoming barbecuing season! There is so much fun and useful information in each of the books, including recipes and helpful hints on having a sucessful barbecue. There are over 500 recipes in The Barbecue! Bible, as well as everything need to know about barbecuing. In How to Grill, you’ll learn how to master the techniques of barbecuing with over 1,000 full-color, step-by-step photographs!
