Subway P.E.P. Kit Review & Giveaway
Summer is here! I don’t know about you, but I’m trying to keep my kids outside as much as possible. I found a way to do that and make the process easier and more fun! I had the opportunity to review the P.E.P. Kit from Subway and The National Institute of Health. P.E.P. stands for “Play More,” “Eat Right,” and “Push Away the Screen.” It’s part of the promotion of “We Can!” which helps to teach children how to maintain a healthy weight, improve their food choices, increase their physical activity, and reduce their screen time.
Subway also offers the Fresh Fit Menu, which gives customers the opportunity to choose from 8 yummy subs with 6 grams of fat or less, a “better-for-you” side such as baked chips or apples, and low fat milk, diet soda, or water.
In my P.E.P. Kit, I received a $10 gift card to Subway, a Slip ‘n’ Slide, Sidewalk Chalk, Bubbles, Flower and Vegetable Seeds, Frisbees, Squishee Football, Water Balloons, and a Jump Rope. Everything that your child needs to have a fun time outdoors this summer!
Thanks to Subway and The National Institute of Healthy, one lucky reader on The Mommy-Files will win a P.E.P. kit!
