Thanks to Extraordinary Mothers, I had the opportunity to review a great product called FitBook. Research has proved that people who write down their goals are more likely to complete them. Fitbook is the personalized, flexible, and functional journal that offers a unique system to help you plan for success, track your progress, and reach your goals.

The first step is to have a game plan. You write down your fitness goals – whether it’s to tone up or slim down! First you set your 12-week goals and then you set goals on a smaller basis so you reach your larger goals.

The second step is to track your progress. In this step, you will record your food intake and workout progress. When you see what you are achieving on paper, you are more likely to continue working toward the long-term goal.

The third step is to reach your goals. Once you reach your goals, you reward yourself and then set new 12 week goals.

Fitbook is a great resource for anybody who wants to live healthier and happier. You can purchase Fitbook for $19.95.
