Each week, I will present one of the many “realistic” mysteries of mommyhood. Tell me in a comment what you would do in each situation and feel free to copy and paste the question on your blog (or come up with one of your own and leave your link) and see how others would answer!

My question for Mommy Moments Monday is:

You’re sitting at the dinner table. As you lift your eyes from prayers, you notice your 2 year old’s finger is in his nose. He pulls his finger out of his nose and excitedly digs into the rolls. You:

(a) Throw away the rolls and put new rolls on the table
(b) Inspect the rolls, throwing away the rolls you think the booger covered finger touched
(c) Ignore the incident and pretend it never happened
(d) Tell your child how disgusting it is to pick his nose and then touch food and then send him to wash his hands.

I think that if this happened to me, I would probably search through the rolls and throw away the rolls that didn’t pass inspection – lol! What would you do?
