I Love Cheesecake!
Tonight, hubby and I went to the Cheesecake Factory while my parents watched our 2 older boys (we took #3 with us).
We shared the Pan-Seared Albacore (SO GOOD!!) and the Factory Chopped Salad! We couldn’t finish the salad at the restaurant, so we took the rest of it to go. I just finished it a few minutes ago and loved every bite – chopped lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, avocado, dressing. YUMMY! Then we finished up with a slice of Original Cheesecake. We only spent $20 in cash (including the tip) since we were able to use the $25 gift card my parents gave us for an anniversary gift in November. What a deal!
The meal was interesting in that we were sitting next to a couple that were arguing the ENTIRE time. We refrained from saying anything since they were at the table right next to us, but it was definitely an uncomfortable experience.
Word to the wise – if you are going to start arguing in a restaurant, don’t order anything. Just get up and take your business elsewhere. It’s really tacky to argue in public throughout someone else’s entire meal π
Sounds like a perfect night out for two! π
does that just not make your night romantic
thanks for stopping by my blog
good luck in the contest you entered
How sad. Hope it didn’t spoil your time out.
The variety is what’s really amazing at the Cheesecake factory and the booze. I noticed you didn’t have one of their mixed drinks. Now their drinks are something to blog about! Like everything else in this restaurant portions are big. Same thing goes with the drinks. You can easily get one drink and share it between two people. Salads are also very nice at the Cheesecake Factory. My favorite is the Asian Chicken Salad. I am amazed you got out of there for $20. They must be charging a different price in Boston. Most entrees start at $15.00.
The Cheesecake Factory is so delicious! It’s worth paying a little extra and heading there instead of fast food!
