As a mother, I always want to keep my children safe and healthy (no matter how old they are)! I remember feeling especially worried when my kids were younger and would get sick.   23. I love your tips. During the summer, you can find us at the pool fairly frequently. It is the best way to get our dose of Vitamin D, cool off, and expend some energy.

    Plus, I love the pool because it takes gravity off my body for a bit. My rheumatoid arthritis causes chronic wide spread pain even with treatment.
