Being a redhead, I am very careful with how I take care of my skin. I wash my face twice a day and my hands multiple times a day. I’m not a messy person, but it seems like every time I do that, I leave behind a mixture of water, toothpaste spatters (yay for electric toothbrushes) and makeup. This requires me to get paper towels and cleaner or towels by themselves to clean it up. And our kids’ bathrooms are even worse! As a busy mom of 6 and owner of 2 businesses, 2 dogs, 4 alpacas and 14 chickens, I needed a way to cut down on the time I spent cleaning up after “cleaning up.” That’s when I discovered the SPLASHPAD™. The Bathroom SPLASHPAD™ comes in two pieces, including one “U” shaped sink cover (to accommodate a variety of sink shapes, including round, oval, rectangular and square) and one faucet cover (with an opening to accommodate faucet fixtures). Both pieces join together to form one cover surrounding the sink.

I like it because the material is soft (great if I find I have to lean on the sink counter when washing my face). The Bathroom SPLASHPAD™ has a modern design with a sleek esthetic and is made of 100% polyester microfiber fleece fabric that is antimicrobial, water-absorbent, and dries quickly. It also has a water-resistant thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) base layer that protects countertops from stains. I like that its size can be adjusted using snaps, to accommodate a variety of sink types, ranging from 16 to 22 inches wide. It is machine washable and dryable – making it easy to clean.

The new version, both the bathroom and kitchen products, will be updated with white snaps and white binding, a nonskid base to keep the product in place (I’m super excited about this part), and a pattern on the fabric.
