One of our favorite stores to shop at when it comes to technology and appliances is Best Buy. Not only is the staff friendly and knowledgable, but Best Buy has great deals and specials on a regular basis! So it’s not surprising that when it comes time to purchase another washer and dryer, we’ll be looking to Best Buy for options. Growing up, I remember my mom doing lots of laundry and then there came a point when I started doing my own laundry. I remember seeing ENERGY STAR® on the washer and dryer, but I never really knew what it meant. I had no idea until I was a grown-up in search for my own washer and dryer how important these two words were and looked for ENERGY STAR when making my purchase.

I do have an energy star washer and dryer. But, to be honest, until I read this, I didn’t realize all that they do!

I had no idea and never paid attention when we purchased our new washer and dryer. Had too look to be sure our LG washer and dryer was Energy Star certified. Great things to know before making such a big investment!

I have an energy star washer and dryer and find that they both work really well. I prefer having energy efficient appliances because it saves cost and it’s good for my carbon footprint.
