Holiday Release: 2016 Too Faced Mystery Bag

If you follow my blog post or social media channels, you know that I LOVE my makeup! I have a variety of subscription boxes, but I recently learned that Too Faced releases a special Mystery Bag on Cyber Monday! I had no idea about this and immediately signed up for my 2016 Too Faced Mystery Bag. The bag sells out super fast and sells for $39. You do need to spend $11 more for FREE shipping, but we all know that’s not hard to do – ha ha!

So what comes in the 2016 Too Faced Mystery Bag? For $39, you receive 6 items (one that did not come in the manufacturer’s packaging).

– Melted Liquified Longwear Lipstick in Melted Frosting (valued at $18.90)

– Bulletproof 24 Hour Eyeliner (valued at $19.80) – this eyeliner was pretty good, but I prefer the liquid eyeliners.

– Better Than Sex Mascara in Deluxe size (valued at $12.00 )

– Better Than Sex Mascara in Purple (valued at $12.00) – this was not in the manufacturer’s packaging, but did include a paper with a list of ingredients. I love this mascara because it’s purple, but it’s also cool because it was featured in the The Power Of Makeup By Nikkie Tutorials set.

– Glitter Glue (valued at $20) – I haven’t tried this yet, but have heard a lot of positive feedback regarding it.

– Cat Eyes Eyeshadow Palette (valued at $32.40) – I really like this palette and didn’t own it before buying this Mystery Bag! I love the purples in it, as well as how easy it is to fit into my makeup bag. Plus, it smells good!

Now that you’ve seen what’s in the 2016 Too Faced Mystery Bag, you’re probably wondering is it worth it? I would say that if you don’t own EVERYTHING TOO FACED or are looking to give makeup gifts for the holiday season at a great price, then it is definitely a great deal! However, if you’re up on the latest trends or even tend to buy anything new that Too Faced comes out with, I would say that you probably don’t need this. I was pretty happy with it though and will definitely be purchasing it again in 2017.
