St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner and I don’t know about you, but I love giving our kids treats on this day! I also love the idea of dressing up with some sort of green – whether it’s socks, necklaces, shirts or more! Over the past few years, I’ve loved putting together St. Patrick’s Day Goody Bags for our 6 kids! Not only is it fun, but it’s super easy and the kids love it!

How to Make St. Patrick’s Day Goody Bags

Pick out your bags and ribbons. First, you want to find some clear bags to include the goodies in. I actually got mine for free when I bought some of the chocolates at our local candy store. You can also find them in the cake decorating section at your local craft store. You’ll also want to get some ribbons to tie around the bag.

Choose some fun St. Patrick’s Day candies! I found some really cute candies at our local candy store. How cute are these Leprechaun chocolates?? I bought them for $1.35 each at See’s Candies. I think they add a lot of character and color to the goody bag. I also found some Shamrock shaped chocolates in green foil, as well as gold coins and chocolate suckers covered in gold wrap. Gold chocolate coins are a must – ya know, the gold at the end of the rainbow?

Choose some fun St. Patrick’s Day themed jewelry! I found these adorable green necklaces that say St. Patrick’s Day at Target in the dollar section. They were 2 necklaces for $1.00. I also found some fun glow-in-the-dark bracelets that were green, orange and yellow. The kids will have a blast with these!
