When Frank and I last visited Las Vegas, we discovered Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen. It was so good!!! To be seated more quickly, we opted to sit out on the patio. I want to say the wait was short because it was pretty warm outside, but thankfully, we were in the shade and had nice cold beers to cool us off.
The menu had so many delicious items on it, but we decided on two dishes. When Frank and I go out to eat, we usually split a meal, but this time, we decided to get two different things so we could try them both. We ordered the Big Dipper Sandwich and Mac and Cheese Bacon Burger.
The Mac and Cheese Bacon Burger is amazing!!! In New York City’s 2013 Burger Bash, it “crushed its competition!” The burger includes crispy applewood bacon, six-cheese mac, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles and more yummy melted cheese! The burger is matched perfectly with a garlicky toasted brioche bun.
The Big Dipper Sandwich was also amazing! I noticed right away that the Au Jus had spices in it, but they definitely added to the flavor. The Big Dipper Sandwich is the “mack daddy of all roast beef sandwiches!” It includes house-smoked shaved prime rib, pepper jack cheese, crispy onions and creamy horseradish (although I had them hold this part on mine). The sandwich comes on a toasted garlic torpedo roll and is so delicious! You’ll definitely feel satisfied if you can even finish this yummy creation!
Our experience at Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen was definitely a good one! I would for sure return in the future and even visit other locations based on our experience at this one.

We love Guy Fieri. One of my son’s (who is 12) favorite shows is Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives (he says it would be a dream job). 🙂 I sure wish he had a restaurant here in Knoxville because I’d be eating there all the time!

I had a burger from Guy Fieris Burger Joint on Carnival Cruise and it was delicious. I can only imagine how good a burger on land would be. You just gave me a reason to go back to Vegas!
We have never eaten at Guy’s, but we have one of his other resturants here. This makes me excited to visit.
