12 Family-Friendly Casserole Recipes

#spon

As a mom who cooks a lot for a big family, I am always on the lookout for new recipes.  With a few of our kids being somewhat picky eaters, I am careful about what new recipes I do make for everyone to try.  A great site to find a lot of recipe possibilities is Foodie.com.

I found a lot of really great family-friendly casserole recipes while looking through Foodie.com. I am really excited to try out some of these recipes with the family and share which ones were a hit! Plus, I am always looking for more recipes to make (ya know, to overcome that feeling you’re cooking the same thing over and over again).

  1. You have hit the nail on the head for me. If there’s one thing I love as much as slow cooker recipes, it’s casseroles. The chicken enchilada casserole sounds flat out fantastic!

  2. I love casseroles because they are so easy to make – and you usually get a lot of flavors out of one pan. I am seriously eyeballing that french toast casserole. It would make a great breakfast meal!

  3. I am one who doesn’t like foods touching on my plate if they were cooked separately but give me a casserole and I’m a happy girl. I love finding new recipes on foodie.
