This holiday season, I attempted to make (for the first time ever) Holiday Roll-Out Cookies with Color Flow icing….and I think they turned out great!!!  Hopefully my Secret Santa partner thought so too!  While the Color Flow Recipe made cookie decorating a breeze and a lot of fun, I also discovered a delicious cookie recipe that I could make all year round!  The Roll-Out Cookies were easy to make and tasted good with or without cookie decorations and icing!  Thank you Wilton for such an awesome cookie recipe!

I love a good cookie. I always prefer it when someone else make them, but every now and then I make them myself 😉

  2. These were the best tasting sugar cookies ever, thanks for posting the recipe, this will be my go to cookie recipe.

  3. I love baking with the kids. It is so much fun to see their big smiles on their faces know they made something special. Thanks for sharing.

  4. Baking cookies is a fun activity that can be spent with the family. We are supportive of our sister who likes baking cookies in different shapes as well. Those are best for this holiday season!

  5. My daughters love baking cookies at home & I think should try this delicious looking Wilton Roll-Out cookie as well with them. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

  6. I have used the Wilton Sugar Cookie recipe for years. I looked this one up on the internet rather than digging out the one I used. These turned out soooo delicious! I mixed them up and left them on my counter (a lot longer than I intended to!) before rolling them out. I am not sure if that was the problem or if it is because I used silicone baking sheets. They turned out hard. I was careful not to over bake them. They came out of the oven with a very light golden bottom.
If any one has any suggestions as to what I did wrong, I would love to hear them!
