I love everything about Brownies!  The ease of making them; the smell of them baking in the oven; and the taste of them when they’re fresh out of the oven.  What’s even better than brownies by themselves?  Making Brownie A La Mode – complete with French Vanilla Ice Cream and Dark Chocolate Sauce.  Oh my gosh – it IS as good as it looks!!!

I recently had the opportunity to prepare Deliciously Organic Ooey-Gooey Chocolate Brownies from the Madhava Naturally Sweet Brand.  They were super easy to make and tasted amazing by themselves, as well as in the Brownie A La Mode Recipe I made!  The Brownie Mix is made with Ancient Grains and Organic Sweeteners.

About the Madhava Brand

As mentioned earlier, the Brownie Mix was “Madhava Sweetened.”  Madhava has created their own line of baking mixes using their very own Madhava Coconut Sugar.  It’s sustainably grown and harvested, as well as organic and non-gmo verified.  Everything begins with their founding philosophy to use the best quality ingredients they can find.

The Madhava products are also made with Ancient Grains.  Madhava Baking Mixes are made with delectable ancient grains that work alongside their own coconut sugar.  Ancient Grains are rich in nutrients, less chewy than other whole grains and have less gluten than modern wheat flour.

3 – Stir by hand until well blended.  It will appear slightly grainy, but will become smoother the more you stir it and when you add the egg.
