LEGO Juniors Was a Hit in Our Home!

We recently had the opportunity to work with LEGO and check out the LEGO Juniors sets.  My 6 year old LOVED the sets!  He was even able to put the sets together on his own.  Pretty sweet, right?

What usually ends up happening when our youngest son gets LEGO sets is that I build most of it.  After it’s put together, he plays with it.  With LEGO Juniors sets, I can actually enjoy watching my son build it, while he feels the excitement and sense of accomplishment from putting it together on his own.  It’s a pretty great product (for both child and parents)!

Sammy built both LEGO Juniors sets by himself and they turned out great!  He even received some more LEGO Juniors sets for his birthday.  The LEGO Juniors Sets featured in this post are (1) Police – The Big Escape and (2) Digger.  I would definitely recommend these are birthday gifts, Christmas gifts or just because!  Thank you LEGO for a great product!

I received a product sample to facilitate this post.  All opinions are mine.

My 7 yr old has recently gotten into the Lego craze. Those Jrs would have been nice when he was younger so I wasn’t the one building (then super gluing it together so he couldn’t ruin it). Love Legos as it makes the kids follow instructions and then they can play with their creation.

  3. LEGOs have always been a wonderful toy and building item. I can see the LEGO Junior following the trend. So glad your kid got to play with them and show how much fun the sets are to assemble.

  4. We are Lego obsessed in this house. We all five of us love them, and spend hours a week building all kinds of creations! The Lego Juniors are really great sets- we’ve done several for gifts for my daughters’ Kindergarten aged friends.

  5. My youngest LOVES his Lego’s and he never even wants to follow instructions. I heard about these and was thinking about getting some. Glad you tested them out, they certainly do look like they made some happy faces happen! Lego rocks!
