When my kids were little, I used to dread shopping anywhere but the grocery store.  Why?  Well, half the time, I didn’t know what to buy and it was really challenging with little kids (who would get bored and antsy rather quickly).  If only  there had been the Shop Your Way Member Assist option back then!

Member Assist is perfect for those who are on-the-go or looking to quickly connect directly with their local store or favorite associate from the palm of their hand or on a computer.  With Member Assist, you can communicate directly with your favorite expert associate at your nearest Sears store through the Shop Your Way mobile app or on shopyourway.com.  You can ask any product – or service-related questions – from the best Mother’s or Father’s Day gifts to details on the washing machine you just purchased.  You can even share photos – and that associate will directly respond with answers to your service or product questions.  Plus, the Member Assist service is available in more than 400 Sears stores nationwide!

HOW TO USE THE SHOP YOUR WAY MEMBER ASSIST SERVICE

1 – Sign in to your Shop Your Way account via shopyourway.com or the mobile app

2 – Choose the Member Assist App

3 – Select your local store

4 – Choose the store department best suited to answer your question

5 – Choose your store associate 

6 – Text / Message / Request a call from your store associate

7 – Store associate will respond to your inquiry.

    My husband is going to love this! He loves to shop at Sears and Kmart for the Craftman tools and supplies. This will make it easier for him.

      Has your husband been using Shop Your Way to make purchases at Kmart and Sears? I am trying to use the program more, but not sure how to maximize the benefits. Would love your feedback!
