I love the world of fashion! There are so many different colors, cuts, and materials that make an endless array of looks and styles. As a Kohl’s Fashion Ambassador, I recently had the opportunity to check out some of the newest pieces of the Peter Som for DesigNation Collection. This new, limited-edition contemporary collection will be available at Kohl’s stores nationwide and Kohls.com in April 2014.
Peter Som is the fourth designer for Kohl’s limited-edition collection concept, DesigNation, featuring premier designers inspired by the world’s most stylish destinations. For this collection, Som drew his inspiration from St. Barths – a French island in the Caribbean with a luxurious lifestyle.
In his collection, you’ll notice corals, blues and black-and-white patterns in maxi dresses, rompers and jumpsuits. These styles and looks are right on when it comes to spring’s trend-right colors while postcard and banana tree prints embody St. Barths’ charm. The collection allows us as women to look effortlessly stylish at an affordable price.
I don’t know about you, but I am loving the new Peter Som DesigNation Collection that will be available at Kohl’s soon! The items pictured above include from top to bottom – Striped Romper, Pineapple Graphic Tank and Tile-Print Halter Dress. I am excited to wear these different outfits this Spring and Summer and will even be sporting them on our upcoming cruise in May! I accentuated the looks by adding some of my favorite earrings and bracelets (also found at Kohl’s), as well as heels (nude colored peak toe heels, black colored peak toe heels, and flip flops).
