Stacy's Bake Shop

I’ve been a fan of the Stacy’s ® brand for quite some time now from the flavors to the quality of their foods.  My kids love them to.  So when I heard they had some new products, I was excited to try them.  Stacy’s Snacks recently introduced NEW Stacy’s Bake Shop Bakery Crisps, a line-up of artisan bakery bread crisps ideal for snacking at family gatherings, for kid-friendly snacks, party snacks, or at sports events & tailgating.

There are four delicious flavors:

Vanilla Pound Cake Bakery Crisps

Herbed Baguette Bakery Crisps

Pretzel Bread Bakery Crisps

Banana Nut Bakery Crisps

These tasty crisps are made from real bakery breads, which are sliced thin and twice baked to give them the crunch you’re looking for. All four flavors can be enjoyed on their own or you can get creative in the kitchen as they pair well with fresh fruit or dips and spreads. They also make great gift ideas for a host or hostess.

I like that Stacy’s Bake Shop Bakery Crisps have:

No Artificial Colors or Flavors

No MSG

Are Baked

Low in Saturated Fat

Our family has enjoyed eating the crisps all on their own; however on my next purchases of these flavors, I’m looking forward to trying the following recipes.

STACY’S ® Bake Shop White Chocolate Banana Nut Bread Pudding

Description:  With great flavor including white chocolate, banana and caramel, this definitely isn’t the ordinary bread pudding you’ve tried in the past!

Ingredients:

• 1 14-oz box STACY’S® Bake Shop Banana Nut Bread Crisps
• 4 croissants, cut in one-inch cubes
• 2 cups whole milk
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 8 eggs, separated
• 3/4 cups white chocolate chips
• Caramel sauce

Instructions:  Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place the cubed croissants in the oven for 15 minutes until toasted and slightly dry. Combine egg yolks, milk and cream, and whisk until smooth. In a large bowl, combine the croissants, cream mixture, crisps and white chocolate chips and mix well. In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites to stiff peaks and fold into the mixture. Then transfer to a baking dish. Place the baking dish into a pan with ½-inch of water to create a water bath, and place in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes, until the mixture is firm in the center. Spoon onto plates, and serve with your favorite caramel sauce.
