Working in the dental field helps, but brushing correctly and with a soft brush, flossing correctly and cutting down on high carb foods, xylitol gum helps also

I brush my teeth twice a day and floss before going to bed at night. I also drink lots of water–which I think helps wash food off my teeth. Years ago, my best friend told me she used A&H Baking Soda to brush her teeth. I had no idea of the many uses of baking soda!

I make sure and use good quality products, and make sure and take the time to do a good job cleaning my teeth, so I know they are as healthy as I can make them!
