I think that a person’s smile is one of the first things we notice.  It tells us how friendly they are, how they take care of their body, and shows a beautiful side of who they are.  That’s why it is so important for me and my family to take care of our smiles with good oral hygiene.  What does good oral hygiene include?  It includes brushing our teeth at least twice a day, flossing at least once, and using mouthwash.

I was excited to have the opportunity to head to our local Target and purchase Colgate Total Mouthwash.  I knew that Colgate was well known for their toothbrushes for adults and kids, as well as their toothpaste, but had no idea they also produced mouthwash.  I had to check this out and see how it worked in our family!  You can see more about my shopping experience by checking out my Google+ Story.

At our Target, Colgate Total Mouthwash was available in two flavors – Spearmint Surge and Peppermint Blast.  I love that there are different flavors to choose from, plus the Colgate Total Mouthwash provides 12 hours of protection against germs.  Sweet!  There are a few other benefits of Colgate Total Mouthwash that I like:
