Our family loves to eat at Subway.  Some of our family favorites include the Cold Cut Trio, Meatball, Tuna, Italian BMT and Black Forest Ham, but over the past month, we had the opportunity to try a new sandwich – the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich.  For a limited time only, you can find this new addition to the FRESH FIT™ menu.  With tender, slow-cooked pulled chicken smothered in an irresistible sweet and smoky BBQ sauce, this sandwich is BIG on flavor, but surprisingly low-fat.

    My favorite sandwich at Subway is the Chicken, Bacon, Ranch, with mayo, black olives, cucumbers, lettuce, tomato and cheese on 7 grain bread.
