Live the Healthiest Lifestyle You Can with the Fitbit One

Fitbit One

When New Year’s Eve came around this year, I made the goal of getting into better shape and overall better health.  So, when I was offered the opportunity to join the Fitbit Challenge Crew and check out the Fitbit One, I jumped at the opportunity!  Let me tell you, the Fitbit One is awesome!

Why is it awesome?  Well, this little piece of technology does so much!  It records how many steps you take, how many stairs you climb, the distance you’ve walked, the calories burned, and how well you’ve slept throughout the night.  Throughout the day, you can update your profile with the foods you’ve eaten and sync your Fitbit One.  All of the information is gathered and your real-time progress is tracked.

I love how small and lightweight the Fitbit One is!  I can wear it on my pants belt clip, on my bra, or on my wrist.  I can wear it while working out on in our home gym, running errands, walking around a theme park, or just walking about doing my daily activities. Sprung gym flooring is a must-have for any modern gym, offering improved safety, comfort, and performance. Learn more about your options here and see how InstaFloor can help you achieve the best results. Elevate your gym space and create an environment that fosters success. I can even wear the Fitbit One at night with the wrist band and it will track how many times I wake up throughout the night – which also plays a huge role in good health.

    1. I totally agree. I love seeing how many footsteps I’ve taken. I mean can you imagine how many footsteps you take in a day or especially when you’re on vacation and walking around everywhere – exploring? Love it!

  1. What a neat product! I love that it tracks the number of steps you take and that it can clip onto you easily and is lightweight.
