Living Heart-Healthy with Campbell’s
I grew up with the Campbell’s brand in my home and now as a mother, so does my own family. I know that Campbell’s is a brand we enjoy and trust and what’s even better is that it’s a brand that makes products that are heart-healthy. Heart disease is something that runs in my family, so I especially want to be careful about what foods we put in our bodies.
My grandmother and grandfather on my dad’s side both passed away from heart attacks and so did my grandmother on my mom’s side. As I get older, I have become more conscious about being heart healthy and taking care of my body. I have been paying more close attention to the foods I eat and am starting a daily workout routine on the treadmill and elliptical machine.
Making a heart-healthy change could be as simple as eating a lower sodium soup. You could even swap out your Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup for Campbell’s Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup when cooking. Or how about starting your day with a low sodium vegetable juice?
