How many times have you signed up for a membership just to be totally annoyed because it took ten times as long to cancel it?  You have to jump through tons of hoops just to get a person on the phone or the cancel option in your account.

DISABLE AUTO-RENEWAL WHEN CANCELLING YOUR MYLIFE.COM MEMBERSHIP uses an auto-renewal feature so that all paid/premium subscription members never experience an interruption in service.  If you are wanting to cancel your subscription, it is very important that you disable the auto-renewal feature in your account.  Otherwise, your account will still incur charges.


I don’t know about you, but when I cancel a subscription or membership, I sometimes prefer to talk with a representative so that I know the process was completed.  You can cancel your subscription by contacting a Customer Care representative.  When you contact the office, the representative will verify that you are the owner of the account and then they can proceed with canceling your membership.  You will have access to membership services until the end of your subscription term.


What if you pay for your membership with PayPal?  If your payments are set up through PayPal, you will need to contact PayPal to stop payments.  Otherwise, PayPal may continue sending payments even though you no longer want the services.

    I was scammed while trying to cancel subscription. An Email “specialist ” interrupted and asked if I needed help. I said yes not knowing…. He then asked for a $5 “good faith”payment and used PayPal and got charged $42 for it!! All because I had no phone to cancel. There’s a penalty for that! You must talk!!

  13. Yes you are a rip off cancel my trial membership And put the$90 back in my account. How did a dollar turn into that much it’s a total scam. I signed up to pay for a yr of $4.85 a month. You guys took out the $1.00 the $4.85 then 59.99,$29.85. this is a total and complete headache I want to cancel my trial membership and have all the money put back. You not doing what u advertising and I just don’t want my account over drawn anymore for a scam. Wow you people. Honestly. I’ll be calling don’t u worry. It’s only been a week. Wow. Just wow.

    It is fraud. They took my money but want to charge again to receive information about someone. When you call to cancel 2xs they hung up on me when it was my turn

    The best thing to do is call your credit card company and have the card reported as lost or stolen. This will keep them from being able to charge the card. I did it with no problems.
