“Wish they all could be California girls……” I’m a California girl through and through – and even more so a Southern California girl. I grew up in Southern California, near the big city of Los Angeles – the city where many things can happen! You’ll find all kinds of things to do with your family in Los Angeles – from art and entertainment to sports and nature. Growing up, I LOVED going to all of the different amusement parks and our kids are no different! We have a great time at popular theme parks, such as Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Universal Studios, and Magic Mountain.
Not only will you find the magical experiences and thrilling rides of amusement parks in Los Angeles, but you’ll find beautiful beaches and lots of photo opps at the city’s waterfront. You’ll find beaches galore and the sound of crashing waves will become second nature to you as you walk the coast of Los Angeles.
Let’s not forget the amazing varieties of food you’ll find in Los Angeles. Whatever you’re craving – from Japanese to Indian to Italian to Mexican to good old American food. There are so many restaurants and foods to choose from in Los Angeles!
Let’s not forget that you can feel the magic of the movies when you visit Los Angeles – both in museums, at theme parks, and on the street! The first photo was taken Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum with a wax figure of Tom Hanks from Forrest Gump. The second one was on the set of the television show, “Friends” at Warner Brother Studios Lot. The third photo is with a character on the streets of Los Angeles. These individuals dress up in costume and take pictures with the tourists. The tourists give then give them money for being in the picture.
Let’s not forget the Los Angeles Dodgers! You haven’t experienced Los Angeles until you’ve gone to Dodger Stadium, sang, “Take Me Out to the Ball Game,” and enjoyed a Dodger Dog and a beer (if you drink)!
