As a young girl, I liked to imagine myself as a beautiful princess – complete with a gown, shoes, necklace and tiara.  I even dressed up as Cinderella and Snow White for Hall0ween a few different times.  Today, your little girl can virtually “see” herself as a princess – complete with the gown, shoes, necklace, tiara and even a carriage.  Not only that, but she can dance at the Disney Princess Royal Ball with the other princesses!  How does she do this, you ask?  Simply download the FREE Disney Princess Royal Ball App and check it out for yourself!

The app is simple to use and lots of fun too!  First, you download the FREE app on your iPhone or iPad.  Once it’s downloaded to your iPhone or iPad, you can start creating your princess outfit, your dream carriage and then dancing at the Disney Princess Royal Ball.

The first step is to create your outfit for the Royal Ball.  You can choose from the different dresses in the Princess Boutique.  Some dresses are “locked,” but can be unlocked by completing more dances at the Royal Ball.  Once you choose your dress, you can choose your tiara, necklace and shoes.  Once you’ve chosen your outfit, it’s off to the Carriage Shop to design your Dream Carriage.

In the Carriage Shop, you get to design your Dream Carriage.  The Carriage will then take you to the Royal Ball so you can dance – right along side the other Disney princesses.  For your carriage, you get to choose the body, the window coverings and the top of the carriage.  I matched my carriage so it would go with the pretty Belle Princess outfit I created.  You can also unlock the “Magic Carriage” by scanning the cover of the Cinderella Diamond Edition Blu-ray Combo Pack at your local Walmart.

After creating your outfit and carriage, it’s time to dance at the Royal Ball!  You can virtually look around the ball and check out the other Disney princesses dancing and dance with them.  As you’re at the Royal Ball, the blue messenger bird will give you directions on which way to turn so you can dance like a princess.  Once you’re finished dancing, you can dance again, create another outfit, or create another carriage.  When you complete your dance, you unlock more outfits in your Princess Boutique.  This app is so much fun – for both kids and parents!

As part of this campaign, I get to host a Disney Princess Halloween Party for my friends and their princesses.  I went to our local Walmart and purchased supplies for the party.  I bought party decorations, plates, cups, napkins, table covers, goodie bags, goodies, and a Disney Princess Costume.  I am going to be giving one of my girlfriend’s daughters the costume to wear to the Halloween party.  Included will be the costume, princess shoes, and a tiara.  You’ll learn more about the party in my next post.

When you go to Walmart, you’ll notice all of the signage for the release of Disney’s Cinderella Diamond Edition.  Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment released the Blu-ray Combo Pack on October 2nd, 2012.  You can purchase it on DVD and Blu-ray at your local Walmart.  Plus, if you scan the cover of the combo pack in your Disney Princess Royal Ball App, you can check out the Magic Carriage!

Check out my Google+ story as I demonstrate the Disney Princess Royal Ball App and check out the Cinderella and Disney Princess supplies at our local Walmart.  Like Disney Princess on Facebook, Like Cinderella on Facebook, and Follow Disney on Twitter.
