I love Disneyland!  I grew up with many fond memories of Disneyland….and I know my boys do as well.  Recently, my family and I had the opportunity to visit Disneyland and experience Mickey’s Halloween Party for the first time!  Let me tell you, it was a TON of fun!!!  Not only did the kids get to go trick-or-treating at the different booths, but adults did as well.  There were children and adults dressed up throughout the park, but keep in mind, it is not a requirement to dress up in order to participate in Mickey’s Halloween Party.

     

 ABOUT MICKEY’S HALLOWEEN PARTY

Disneyland is excited about Mickey’s Halloween Party and is giving guests and their little boo-ys and ghouls a chance to dress up and get in the spirit of Halloween – Mickey style!  At Mickey’s Halloween Party, you can dress up and join some of your favorite Disney Characters in the ultimate trick-or-treat neighborhood at Disneyland Park.  Plus, watch Halloween Screams…a one-of-a-kind fireworks show exclusive to Mickey’s Halloween Party.  Not to mention, you get early entrance access to the Park, so you will have plenty of time to haunt some of your favorite attractions.

$54 per person for Advance Purchase price (October 2, 5, 9 15, and 23)
$64 per person for Day-of-Event price (October 2, 5, 9, 12, 15, 19, 23 & 26)
$69 per person for Premium price (October 29 & 31)

All prices include parking for one vehicle.  Larger vehicles may require an additional fee.

– October 2, 9, 15, 23, 29 & 31 – 6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (early access to the park begins at 3:00 p.m.)
– October 5, 12, 19 & 26 – 7:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. (early access to the park begins at 4:00 p.m.)

Advance price available until one day prior to applicable event date.  Space is limited.  May not be combined with other discounts or promotions.  Tickets are valid only for specific event dates and hours.  Online purchases unavailable on day of event.  Limit eight (8) tickets per person, per event date.  Ages 2 and under: no ticket required.  Tickets are non-refundable and may not be resold.  Costumes subject to Disneyland guidelines and should not be obstructive or offensive.  Subject to changes and restrictions without notice.

     

          

When we entered the park, we were given a yellow, blingy bracelet (this indicated to employees that we had paid for admission to Mickey’s Halloween Party).  We were also given a bag to use for our trick-our-treating during the event.  We had a lot of fun walking to the different booths and found that we really scored on the candy towards the end of the night!

          

ABOUT THE PIRATES LEAGUE

Join the crew and experience the Pirates League at Disneyland!  Captain Jack and his trusted mates have searched across the land to find treasures and new recruits to join their crew.  In The Pirates League, savvy pirates will transform boys and girls and give them their own pirate look and name.  Pirates will train them to swash-buckle, and teach them the official Pirate League Oath!  The Pirates League is an interactive pirate experience you won’t want to miss!

    I don’t have any kids, but me and my sister are 14 years apart and I’ve taken her to every single halloween except for one so she’s always been my little Halloween buddy.

    This year she’s going as Link and I’m flip flopping between a black and white starlet or Donald Duck. I’m thinking Donald Duck.

    The then-10 year old (her birthday is on the 9th – giveaway day – hint, hint!) is going as a Gryffindor House member from Harry Potter. (Not a main character, she said, but all the magic of the biggies.) The 12-year-old made her own costume to be a banshee.
