I recently took my three boys and one of their friends to see Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days and it was a really cute movie!  Brian had read one of the books and throughout the movie, he would point out the different characters or images he recognized.  It was really neat to see him get into the movie the way he did!  Not to mention there were some pretty funny scenes.  It’s become tradition to buy a large popcorn at the movies and split it among the family and friends.  Once the container is empty, we go back for our FREE refill we get with the purchase of a large sized popcorn.  This makes it well worth the cost!  But, how about snack time before or after the movie?  That’s where Del Monte Fruit Cups comes into play.

Del Monte Fruit Cups are great snacks, whether you’re traveling, going to school, or just looking for something healthy and yummy to eat!  Not only are they good snacks, but they are great in fruit salads, JELL-O, and cottage cheese.  I brought some for our most recent camping trip and the kids loved them!  We brought Peaches, Pears, and Mandarin Oranges.  When do you like to enjoy Del Monte Fruit Cups?

I bought our Del Monte Fruit Cups from my local Walmart.  I feel like they I can purchase them there for a really good price, which is perfect for a single mom on a budget.  I found Del Monte Peaches, Pears, and Mandarin Oranges for $2.00 a pack.  They were located on the baking aisle, which wasn’t really where I expected to find them.

As a part of this campaign, I had the boys create a picture, Doawk style.  They liked Brian’s the best, so his was the one we used for the picture.  It was a picture of the three of them together in their superhero outfits.  It was so cute!  These brothers are great friends and you can tell from their picture.  🙂  Right now, you can have your kids draw a picture of their family in Doawk style and enter to win prizes on the Del Monte Facebook Page.
