We Earned Free Movie Tickets from Safeway!!! #JuneDairyMovies

This month, I visited my local Vons (also known as Safeway and Pavilions) and purchased $40 worth of participating dairy products.  My dairy products included Yoplait Yogurt, JELL-O Pudding, Pillsbury Biscuits, Simply Orange Juice, Simply Raspberry Lemonade, Silk Pure Chocolate Almond Milk, Sargento Sliced Cheese, Daisy Sour Cream, and Reddi-Whip Whipped Cream.  I couldn’t believe how easy it was to identify the dairy products that would lead to our FREE movie tickets!

Each of the dairy items that were a part of the promotion had a sign in front of with the Ice Age logo for June Dairy Month.  Plus, at the bottom of the price advertisement, it reads, “Participating Item for Free Movie Admission.”  I added my dairy products to the cart and proceeded to checkout, where I swiped my Vons card and paid for my groceries.  The Catalina coupon machine printed a voucher for two free movie tickets.  You don’t have to purchase all $40 worth of dairy products at one time.  Your purchases will accrue throughout the month of June.

Redeeming your voucher is simple!  Open your internet browser and go to the Safeway June Dairy Movie website.  Click on the store that you shopped at, including Safeway, Vons, Pavilions, Randalls, Dominick’s, Tom Thumb, Genuardi’s, and Carr’s Safeway.  Once you click on the store that you shopped at, you will be prompted to enter the Reward Code number from the voucher for the tickets, your name, your zip code, your email address, and a security code.  Once you agree to the terms and click continue, you will be see a page with your FREE tickets code for you to print.  If you can’t print at that moment, there is no need to worry.  The coupon will be emailed to the email address you provided and you can print it when you are ready!

We used our movie tickets to take the kids to go and see The Avengers at the movie theater.  I love the movies and so do my kids, my boyfriend, and his kids.  A chance to earn FREE movie tickets was definitely something we took advantage of!  You can use your movie tickets right away or wait for Ice Age 4 to hit theaters.  A big thanks goes to the Safeway/Vons company for such an awesome promotion!  A big thanks also goes to Collective Bias for inviting me to participate in this campaign!
